Peppi Arrimo is a production and stage manager with extensive experience in the event industry. Currently working as the Head of Production at Provinssi Festival among stage managing, Peppi has a rich background in festival production, sustainability, and communications. With over a decade of experience, Peppi has managed stages at major festivals such as Sziget in Hungary, and Ilosaarirock and Sideways Festival in Finland, and has been involved in various sustainability and social projects. Educated in business, administration, and live performance technology, Peppi is passionate about sustainable development, equality, diversity and inclusion, and is always eager to develop herself but also the industry.

Kari Reini has over 25 years of experience in the event industry. Since the 1990s and the legendary Lepakkoluola days, Reini has worked as a musician, stage manager, backline technician, technical producer, and a specialist in challenging situations within the live event sector.

He is best known in the music industry as the founder and longtime CEO of Backline Rental Finland. After that, Reini toured the world with bands such as HIM, The Rasmus, and Children of Bodom. Today, he works as a technical producer and consultant for events by Nelonen Media Live and concerts at the Huvila Tent during the Helsinki Festival.

Kari is known for keeping it cool under pressure — and for his drive to push things forward right up to the last second. With experience on both the creative and production sides, he’s got a solid sense of what it really takes to pull the big picture together. Mix of perspectives helps him connect the dots between ideas and execution.

With over a decade in event production, Osku's background includes work with Finland's largest festivals (e.g., Ilosaarirock, Ruisrock), esteemed venues (e.g., Tavastia Club), and major booking agencies (e.g., Warner Music Live).

His most recent expertise lies in managing site and technical productions for large-scale events, as well as multiple Stage Manager roles. His Experience also covers versatile artist relations as a tour planner and backline technician. This broad experience enables an ability to understand and manage diverse projects with confident.
